This is for Labyrinth Suite's entry
Love the water elemental model. Its indigenous to warcraft and hence suitable. Spells are not really fitting of your model/hero concept however.
1) I really love how this ability works. Its ingenious, however, the concept of teleporting a team into battle and ministunning is absurd.
2) Really situational skill that is really similar to Ice Vortex. Not to sure I really like this ability.
3) This is pretty cool. Silence is out of point though.
4) This is way overpowered. Just cast on the target in the middle of his creep wave and he will definitely die. And with a cd of 50 seconds at lvl3, instagibbing someone every 50 sec is not cool.
Synergy and Gameplay:
Overall, nearly zero synergy between skills except maybe the mass blink + tranq. Gameplay is haphazard, your skills are a random mix of support and gank, but because there is no synergy, your hero is unreliable on both fronts. Only thing reliable (which is overpowered) is the ability to bring a team in for a gank.
Skills 1 and 4 are overpowered. 2 is very situational.
Your icons are unwarcrafish, bg story is painful to read and there are certain english errors. Model is fine.
Overall, this hero is what I like to call an over attempt at being creative. You have stuffed too many concepts and roles into this hero that it has become really mediocre in every aspect. Furthermore, alot of your abilities are very situational and lack cohesion. In a nutshell, you did not do this model justice.
