[Fix?] Greater Bash

Make greater Bash unable to trigger on a missed attack.

Check order of damage calculation. Greater bash procs before chances to miss are calculated.

ehhh im leaning a bit towards no. evasion counters normal bash (kinda), and magic immunity counters greater bash. so i think its fair. t-down

-It isn't codable because it procs the bash before the attack hits.
-Greater Bash already has it's biggest cons:cannot bash magic immune and has cd.
