Default Mork'thul the Chaosbringer

Mork'thul the Chaosbringer

(Unit is another version of Warlock, a default Warcraft unit)

Background Story

During the Legion's invasion, Mork'thul was unseen, and presumed dead by his clan. The truth is, Mork'thul was lost deep in the caverns of the Nerub during a hunt for rare magical orbs. Nobody knew where he was, yet Mork'thul survived on creeps and bugs, and finally able to find his way out after several years. The Crypt Lord threatened to kill him for his trespassing, but under his newfound magic, Mork'thul offered his services to the Scourge, as he's promised great rewards by the Lich King.

Introduction

Chaosbringer's abilities revolves around positive and negative energies. Being able to manipulate buffs and debuffs and using them to his advantage, he can disrupt the flow of magical energies inside his enemies to his will. He can also transfer the energies from one to another, or enhancing the magic inside them, that can either heal or damage. Finally, to live up to his name, Chaosbringer can overwhelm his enemies with negative energies, severely stripping them of combat abilities, only anticipating the death brought to them among the chaos.

Chaos Blast [C]
Blasts an area with chaotic magic that deals magic damage to enemies, and disrupts the magic energies inside them, further damaging them over 3 seconds depending on the number of buffs / debuffs that are affecting them. Chaos Blast is a debuff. Damage capped at 500.

Level 1 - 80 damage. 10 damage per buff / debuff per second.
Level 2 - 90 damage. 14 damage per buff / debuff per second.
Level 3 - 100 damage. 17 damage per buff / debuff per second.
Level 4 - 110 damage. 20 damage per buff / debuff per second.

Mana Cost : 100/110/120/130
Cooldown : 13/12/11/10
This will be a common nuking skill. The initial damage is relatively low, but the potential of the skill is big. At level 4, each 'buff' or 'debuff' under the hero's 'status' bar will make the hero take a total of 60 additional damage over time. Auras and durational statuses are subjected to the effect as well. So if the unit has Brilliance Aura and Devotion Aura, these are counted as 2 buffs, together with Chaos Blast equals a total of 3 statuses. If he has more statuses, the damage will be serious enough to kill. It has synergy with all of his skills. Here's a table of the escalating damage potential at level 4:

Hero with no status : 170 damage
Hero with 1 status : 230 damage
Hero with 2 statuses : 290 damage
Hero with 3 statuses : 350 damage
Hero with 4 statuses : 410 damage
Hero with 5 statuses : 470 damage
Hero with 6 or more statuses : 500 damage max.

Spell Steal [Auto-Castable] [E]
Transfers positive buffs on enemies to a random allies, and transfers negative buffs on allies to random enemies. Cooldown and cast range improves per level.

Level 1 - 10 seconds cooldown. 600 units.
Level 2 - 7 seconds cooldown. 900 units.
Level 3 - 4 seconds cooldown. 1200 units.
Level 4 - 1 second cooldown. 1500 units.

Mana Cost : 75/70/65/60
Cooldown : 10/7/4/1
This is basically an ability from a Human's unit in ladder. It transfers good buffs from enemy to you or your team, and transfers bad buffs from you or your team to your enemy. Imagine transferring Poison effect from your team mate to your enemy, or stealing Empower from Magnus to yourself. It has synergy with all of his skills. Of course, not all buffs / debuffs could be transferred, for example transferring Doom or God's Strength would be imba, so the ultimates should not be included in the list of transferable buffs.

Contain [T]
Casts a magic on a target that extends the duration of buffs/debuffs on that unit. Also damages enemy / heal ally.

Level 1 - 100 damage/heal, extends buffs/debuffs by 1 seconds.
Level 2 - 150 damage/heal, extends buffs/debuffs by 1.5 seconds.
Level 3 - 200 damage/heal, extends buffs/debuffs by 2 seconds.
Level 4 - 250 damage/heal, extends buffs/debuffs by 2.5 seconds.

Mana Cost : 100/120/140/160
Cooldown : 20/18/16/14
Have you ever faced a situation where your enemy escaped death from Shadow Strike, Maledict, Doom or Shadow Word? How bad you want the skills to last just 1 or 2 seconds longer, enough to kill the fleeing enemy with a glee? This skill is made for that, and not only that, it comes with a nuke, and can even be a heal. It can also extends Shadow Word on yourself longer, so you get more heal out of it. This skill also has synergy with all of his skills.

ULTIMATE

Bad Breath [R]
Hurls a flow of negative energies on an area that greatly decreases the enemies' combat ability. Randomly casts Stun, Silence, Disarm, Sleep and Hex. A single target cannot be affected by more than 2 effects. AOE improves per level.

Level 1 - Deals 225 damage. Lasts 2 seconds.
Level 2 - Deals 275 damage. Lasts 3 seconds.
Level 3 - Deals 325 damage. Lasts 4 seconds.

Mana Cost : 200 / 400 / 600
Cooldown : 200/190/180
AOE : 400/500/600
All Final Fantasy fans will recognize the skill! Famously used by a monster in Final Fantasy called Malboro, it will cause your enemies to be afflicted by numerous random bad statuses. This is such a powerful ultimate when used in the right time and right place, so the mana cost and cooldown matches that of Black Hole. However, one enemy can only be afflicted by 2 statuses from the skill, so it won't be overpowering. This ultimate, along with all his other skills, has synergy with each other.

Conclusion

Chaosbringer is your support caster that can wreck havoc against buff / debuff users! He's great in team battles and laning, so-so in ganking, and not really good in chasing or escaping. Please vote for him! Constructive criticisms are welcomed! Thanks!!!
