[FIX] Invoker Forge Spirits

Okay.... There is a very very VERY annoying problem i have whenever i play invoker.... Cause i play the QE build, so i play forge spirits to harrass exremely in lane... But i noticed that whenver i use melting strike(orb walking) on the hero, they gain a charge on maigc sitck or wand. This is very annoying as other orb effects do not give charges and i have been continually giving charges to other hero while attmping to harass...
