I think he means the 'pros' are the ones that plays in lan while the 'not-so-pro' are the ones that play in garena.
Same case with Malaysia, people often see players that plays in garena as noobs while people that plays in internet cafe(especially popular ones like Kingsurf) are pros. I had the chance to play in both situations and i just gotta admit that statement is quite true to certain extent.
