Was about to say this was uncodable.. but it's not, just need a dummy unit to get the same level of ability as a cast ability not targeting a unit, and then make the dummy unit cast from the same point as enemy hero, at the same point. It'd miss a bunch of stuff, plus if you cast direct on a unit, but it'd work.
Not sure how balanced it is, but it's actually a pretty nice idea.

![]() Also some strange things will happen with Enigma duh? OT: Item seems balanced. Passive skill looks cool, very original, but a little cruel number there. Increasing to 15% would be ok IMO. Also, this item is too good. It needs a bigger recipe cost since it is so powerful. Also, I corrected some grammar issues with it. Here you go: Your English is getting better dude

My english still sucks. Hahaha... OT: I nerf it to 10% cause it will be very imba since all aoe skill will be affected by enemy's allies units too. And thx so much for liking my item ^^ Anyways , thx for comment and ur suggestion ^^

I will T-Up for the concept. Veterans and newbies should know Neichus and be acknowledged as one of the (good) developers of DotA. He should at least receive the same honor as Eul and Guinsoo because imho he earned it well.

At first, it seemed imba, but then the price, and stuff...anyways, pretty neat item, was needed :P Plus, it honors Neichus, so, t-up.

I don't get what you mean by "It depends on targeted hero."
The idea is original and interesting, but the recipe is too cheap for such a nice item. Either change the recipe (maybe add some unused items) or increase recipe price. T-Up, btw. |

1st skill is 100% Fatal Bounds. It's imba and not so original. Mb make damage split on all heroes with dealing extra damage.
2nd skill is pretty nice. But chance is to week. Mb make it 20-25% Why you remove attack speed bonus? It's not so strong to be removed. |
