[Neut str] Splash Goblin Shredder

This is my first hero so don't be hard on me. Numbers are totally changeable and the hero is too so suggestions and criticism is respected.

Splash

The Goblin Shredder

Story:
can't write stories D:

Bombardment

Bombs are with rockets from a distance Each rocket deals 30 damage

Level 1. shoots 5 rockets.
Level 2. shoots 7 rockets.
Level 3. shoots 10 rockets.
Level 4. shoots 13 rockets.

Used to nuke the enemy. the rockets come from random direction so enemy wont know where you are.

AoE 400

Manacost 75/100/110/120
Cooldown 11 sec

Shredder.

Splashses shredder starts spinning faster and faster giving him extra damage and ability to cut trees, but has a chance to jam the shredder so hes not able to attack for 2 seconds.

Level 1. 15 extra damage 3% chance
Level 2. 30 extra damage 6% chance
Level 3. 45 extra damage 9% chance
Level 4. 60 extra damage 12% chance.

Manacost 30
cooldown 12

adds extra damage to make you better lasthitter but may disable your attack for 2 seconds, you may also eat trees but everyone knows how that works!

Repair

Splash buys new parts for the robot.

Level 1. 100/hp 100 mana
Level 2. 125/hp 100 mana
Level 3. 150/hp 125 mana
Level 4. 200hp 175 mana

Cooldown 6

Making you able to tank more

Ultimate

Overdrive

Increases attack and movement speeds but drains mana and hp over time.
HP lost will be also dealt as physical damage doubled to enemies in 300 AoE
Drains 10 mana and 60 hp per second on all levels.

Level 1. 25% ms, 40% as.
Level 1. 40% ms, 80% as.
Level 1. 60% ms, 120% as.

makes you fast and increases your dps works like rot but no slow

I don't see any synergy nor any role on this hero as of yet.
T-down for now.
Next time try to be more creative, try to put in something none of the current heroes have. Make the hero have one definite role, example being carry, tank, support, pusher, etc. and make the skills connect with each other nicely.
