Background Story: Meticulously handpicked by the legendary Elder Sage Akama, Gaspar was sought after by the Ashtongue Deathsworn tribe for his versatile espionage tactics and fraudulent abilities. But in his pursuit with his Draenei companion to tracking Illidan Stormrage, he was captured by his Naga subordinates, as the bounty hunter fled into the forests, Gaspar was slowly manipulated by the entity of the Skull of Gul'Dan, formulating a void of corruption upon his facade. With the transformation process completed, Gaspar proved his worth to Illidan, as his silhouette now haunts the stoutest of men. Dashing as the speed of sound, Gaspar strikes with the swiftest movements, able to slice through anything with no consent, no regret, and maliciously no remorse. With the spirit of his old self gone with the wind, he seeks to destroy his dignity, disowning his own Draenei race that betrayed him, eyes closed.

Oh.. now i get it xD.

Well, since "Assassin" is an overused word in Dota (Phantom Assassin, Nerubian Assassin, Stealth Assassin) i changed it to "Spy".I Know that it looks more like an Assassin but like i said: Names and Icons can be changed Easily, i want your reviews focus on the Skills plz ^^.

Anyway,

1st skill: multi-target blink strike, farm tool, forced synergy with 2nd skill
Boooring. Try to find a different approach.

2nd skill: % to damage over time, farm tool
The chance should be a constant number instead of 3/6/8/10, and it should be a little higher.
Questions: Does it stack with itself?

3rd skill: bonus MS and evasion with cooldown, escape skill
Completely useless in fights. A different approach would be nice.

Ultimate skill: damage, slow, DPS
Simple and powerful, enough for a ultimate skill

And that's my opinion about this hero

Answer: No it Doesnt
and Its not a weak Skill because it deals PURE dmg, at lvl 4 it will deal 9% of enemy max HP as Pure Dmg. With "Maximum Speed" and its rly Low Cooldown time the "Forced Synergy" works pretty well dealing (with both skills on lvl 4) 150 + 9% Max HP Dmg to enemies each 5 Seconds.

I´ts not so useless in fights. Gaspar has pretty low HP and Base Armor, so he need mov speed to Run from Harm. Also you can use this passive to chase enemies that run with low hp.Also the Passive Stops working only when you do normal attacks, if you use Skills it will NOT cancel. This passive makes (with the apropiate items) Gaspar the fastest hero in Dota so thats another good point for it (i think xD).

Mhm, frankly I don't like fallen draenei much since dark seer is there already, no need of another one. On the other hand, I love the concept though I don't think they fit into "spy" theme. Seems like a rogue for me. T-up on the effort!

Mmm... I like the "Rogue" Concept. i didint wanted to put Assassin on his name because it´s an overused word in dota (Templar, phantom, nerubian, stealth).

Gaspar, the Draenei Rogue, sounds hawt.

One idea at the moment, add a stun when the enemy moves a certain distance after he has moved a couple of units when you use the ultimate. That will make Gaspar so damn deadly.

They use the same (sorry, almost the same) icon... huh (Your is blurry)? Change Gaspars one, please.

He looks too simmilar to Gondar and he's agility hero too!
Make him strenght oriented please. Think about a minimum of tinting (maybe to green?).


Icons dont fit to each others too much, however:

That's a bit better. Would be nice to recolour the Shadow Steps icon to green :P.

Maximum Speed is just imba.
Bleeding Wound shouldn't deal pure damage as well as Maximum speed shouldn't.
Shadow Step is really nice escaping skill but totally useless when fighting ;/.
Guillotine - again pure damage...? Man, what's Your problem?

Would be fun to have a Draenei family completed .
This hero surely needs some changes.
