If i remember correctly from F.A.Q's (they are currently removed - name of the game changed so they removed whole page) they are not sure but they though about something similiar to LoL model (every weekend pack of few hereos are unlocked). I don't have anything against this.

Btw this is going too far off-topic.
It's not the right thing to do and we have full right as consumers to complain about them not giving us full finished products and badly redesigning awesome franchises. They are loosing money because of stupid decisions like that and their fanbase is slowly diminishing.

OT: I like the new ''Blizzard All-Stars'' name, it fits a lot more and sounds better.

I'd really like to se a DotA-like mod in Diablo 3 too.
Being part of the never ending epic battle between angels and demons is simply too good!

AFAIR they already said that they have a Dota like arena in the works for D3 as well as for WoW

I only hope they remove the 4 player limit and make it a true 5v5. That would be insanely epic!

Nah... 5v5 is too DotA-ish.
Now 8v8 is more Diablo-ish!

I really think that Blizzard should increase player limit to 8 and allow us to have followers during Co-Op too.

Well, 4v4 was always the way Diablo PvP was played, for obvious reasons

I somewhat agree with followers part, sometimes they were essential parts of some D2 builds. I don't know if the same can be said about D3, but well...

Well, I always had a follower in mind while theorycrafting a character.
Personally, I find them to be pretty important and think that they should be included in both Co-Op and PvP.

That actually was official pvp

Private servers allowed to get rid of such things like lvl-ing up for months or farming up items, as well as they allowed for much better anti-cheat protection, various gameplay and mechanics improvements (say, when you die your body is located in front of stash, you can see your resistances/fcr/ias/fbr/fhr and such on stats board and much more)

Noone serious played on Bnet past Autumn 2008 and shit Blizzard done back then (bans for d2loader - software which they had previously stated they are ok with people using it)

Watching this video makes me wonder why didn't they release WarCraft IV already...

I mean, those models are basically War3 HD.

I think the answer is quite obvious.

Name makes perfect sense since all the heroes will be from Blizzard games' universes.
