Recipe:

Description:
A highly protective armor worn by the leader of the Rebels in the War of the Magi.

Before:	After:
+30% spell resistance	+30% spell resistance
+8 HP/sec regeneration	+8 HP/sec regeneration
+6 Agility	+6 Agility
Damage Block (passive)	Resistance (passive)

Resistance (passive):
Reduces damage based on the distance between attacker and wearer
1% each 10 range units, 60% max for melee unit
1% each 40 range units, 30% max for ranged unit

It's a post-heal.

Overpowered... It's like making Laguna Blade and Finger of Death a paper-like skill...

Agreed... there should be a cap, and currently 100% means 1000 range.. 600 range (regular range) reduced by 60%... And this item should have a weakened range version, since this contains PMS as one of the recipe.


Other than that, nice concept.

Well it's a nice concept, considering it completely destroys ranged heroes, and anyone with any ranged spells, which is... 100% of the hero pool.

I'd tone the numbers down a bit, but T-Up for the idea.

Most ranged units and casters will get a trouble by attacking you. 60% max damage reduction, seriously?
If you're a melee unit the only range that you require to reach the max damage reduction is
600.
Anyway this should be a good item, especially for countering ranged units.

I find it too cheap for the effect it provides but I still think that Blade Mail would do better in most cases/scenarios.

Blade Mail is used for a completely different reason. This item is meant to help against ranged dspers while you attack their melee allies.
