Les Misérables

Recipe:

	+		=
485	+	550	=	1035

Description:
An iron crown worn by the king of beggars who was cursed with poverty.

Before:	After:
+3 damage	Argot Whipers (active)
+12 Agility	.
+3 Strength	.
+3 Intelligence	.
Damage Block (passive)	.

Argot Whispers:
When activated, wearer gains +24 Agility, +6 Strength, +6 Intelligence and Occupation (passive)
Activating has a 5 second cooldown

Occupation:
Players who have heroes under this status won't receive the timed (8g/7s) gold
Kills made by units under this status won't give gold except reliable gold
Deals additional pure damage equal to four times the amount of gold taken by this status since the last attack
Blocks damage equal to ten times the amount of gold taken by this status since the last instance of damage

man, ill give this a 8/10, the 7 came from the name, i had no idea what this item do because i had a bad time reading the description due to how cool the name is

Please give the targeting type of the active... I don't know if it's an AoE or unit-targeted ability...

Rephrase the word "Players" to bearer... It's just to confusing to read but I understand the concept... T-Up on that...

Make it cost more (through additional items or recipe cost, like 2.5-3k) and I'll T-Up.

Too imba for a 1k item. Either an increase in cost (about 1.5K) or lower the stats a bit and its fine.

T-Up for name. T-down for effect... i kill a creep and don't get 53 gold, but rather a +212 pure damage for my next attack? oh and with anyone who can destroy a creepwave with a spell, that is around +1000 pure damage on next attack? with hand of midas, I get a + 500 pure damage? if I manage to kill rosh, i get a +3600?

I think it's a bit weak. Make the active an aura that buffs all allies globally?
