How about reducing magical defense/physical defense on every damage you take on TC (Radiance doesnt work with Natural Order)
Its still the same but its not an aura anymore.. only affects you whenever TC attacks or cast a spell at you Level 1: 5% per strike, 5 stacks (Maximum 25%) Level 2: 10% per strike, 5 stacks (Maximum of 50%) Level 3: 15% per strike, 5 stacks (Maximum of 75%) Level 4: 20% per strike, 5 stacks (Maximum of 100%) Edited: makes a "Slow" animation (Fits with the "Orb of slow" on TC's halberd

I have been working with the TC model for a while molding it into a suitable hero for DotA and the current one has a few similarities to the one I created. Namingly a passive ability + a long ranged "version" of it self that it can extend to another part of the map. On mine the passive grants allies strength based on a % of the TC's Strength. For Craine I feel a skill like this would be fitting.
Natural Order Aura (Name could be changed) Craine's presence demoralizes his enemies, lowering magic resistance. 6% Magic Reduction Aura 12% Magic Reduction Aura 18% Magic Reduction Aura 24% Magic Reduction Aura *Aura Stacks* This means Craine could has his Ancestral Spirit on a group of enemies and that spirit would have the passive debuff aura lowering the enemies magic resistance. As a bonus the aura stacks with itself so if Craine is near his Spirit the aura's power could potentially be doubled if an enemy is close enough to both Craine + the Spirit.

I liked where the Butterfly & Shield icon was going, so perhaps having a little swarm of Butterflies around the afflicted units would suffice. Most other auras afflicting enemies (AC, Heartstopper, Degen aura) just put the icon in your (de)buffs list on your hero, right? Don't think much if anything is necessary, though I do like me my eye candy ^^ So yea, sticking to the little butterflies idea.

If you can enlarge Abilities\Spells\NightElf\FaerieFire\FaerieFireTar get.mdl and make it encircle him (like Necro's heartstopper aura) then I think it would be perfect.
