Oskur - The FrostFear (Agi Hero)

(Note: This is my first hero, p.s I am not that good at english feel free to fix my english)

Background Story: Oskur was first a member of Order of the Silver Hand but since he's mind has only the words "Power and Victory" Uther, the Lightbringer doesn't like him, not only he doesn't like him he also almost never teach him anything. Soon Oskur's mind fills will darkness he ran to lich to learn dark art of ice, on the way Lycanthope bite him so he turned into a wolf. He find that wolf body is quite nice because it makes him a better hunter, after a year he learn alot of dark art about ice he soon fight as one of the best warrior for scourage.

Skill 1: Ice Trick (Spellbook)
Oskur learned some neat trick before he met lich, he learned from a stranger who also use ice art.

Level 1: Learn Wolf Form (In the spell book)
Wolf Form allows Oskur to move faster then normal people.
Add 5% MS
Type: Passive


Level 2: Learn Ice Confusion (In the spell book)
By using ice and snow Oskur can make couple copy of himself to confuse enemy. However copy doesn't do damage.

Mana: 150
Effect: Create 5 copy of himself and spreading them and Oskur in random spot in an AOE of 500 where cast. Copy doesn't do damage. Copy last 2.5 second

Cooldown: 30 second
Duration: Instant

Level 3: Learn Ice Warning (In the spell book)
Sometime when Oskur is in danger, people around him seem to slow down by ice. He can use the chance to dodge attack. Add 2% of evasion.
Type: Passive

Level 4: Learn Improvement (In the spell book)

By training using his spell, he become better user. Increase Ice Confusion's copy by 2, cooldown decrease by 5 second, Ice Warning now adds 5% of evasion and Wolf Form adds 10 now adds 10% MS

Skill 2: Frost Palm

Oskur put large amount of ice mana into his palm and he slam the ground. Make ice wall in a straight line in front of Oskur freeze everyone around or in the ice wall.

Mana: 125/150/175/200
Cooldown: 30/25/25/20
Freeze Duration: 2/3/3/4 second
Range: 500/750/900/1000
Dammage: 100/125/175/225

Skill 3: Frost Path

Oskur transfer his Ice mana into his feet, making him walked with frost path behind. Add MS, each frost path last 4 second. Enemy who step on frost path MS will be slow.

Add MS: 10/15/20/25
Slow MS: 20/30/40/50
Mana drain per second:5/10/15/20
Active Mana Cost: 50/60/60/70

Ult. Skill 4:Freezing Zone Zero

Oskur explode with his special mana, "Freeze Mana Zero" that is extremly cold, making an ice wall around Oskur of 750 AOE trap him and his enemy inside the ice wall, icewall last 5/6/7 second if there are trees destroy the trees. Enemy inside the ice wall will freeze for 1/1.5/2 second and take 200/300/400 damage.

Mana: 150/200/250
Cooldown: 120/100/80 second

P.s I like ice so i decide to make an ice hero and also there isn't many or none ice warrior hero.

I cant even understand this...at all. Do you understand grammer or do you just assume that adding commas between thoughts completes a sentence.

Fix the wording, format and choose 4 spells for god sakes how many abilities does this dude have?

YEs he is default by wolf form and I will fix the grammar as fast as possible.
This dude has mainly 4 spell but one spell is not really a spell its what I call
spell book system it got lots of spell in it each time you level up skill. But the
bad thing about it is the skill isn't as strong as main spell

his ult sounds like a rigged chronosphere. same freezing aspect but also takes 400dmg and an impregnable wall for 7s. if he gets a blink dagger and blinks out, the entire other team could be stuck in there for 7s. if his team is all range... GG they all die. too strong. fix - balance.
