Default Rio Grande

Rio Grande

Recipe:
++=
1400+1400+0=2800

Description:
Made by the river which it's named after and blessed by the river lord, Rio Grande is the weapon to end all weapons.

Before:After:
+42 damageSuikoden (passive)
Reincarnation (passive)Blitzkrieg (passive)

Suikoden (passive):
Wielder of this weapon never deals less damage than the highest damage done by enemies since its last use

Blitzkrieg (passive):
Pays 10% of current health to instantly remove a non-channeling disable and add it to wielder's next attack

Notes:
  • Animation: Rio Grande makes the fountains overflow, which slowly floods lower areas
  • Rio Grande is disassembled into 2 Claymores upon Roshan's revival
  • Rio Grande takes two item slots

Explanation for Suikoden:
If Rio Grande's wielder deals less damage than the highest damage done by enemies since its last use, the item will deal additional damage
Damage type: direct health removal

Example:
Enemy Luna deals 100 damage to an allied hero
Enemy Lina deals 950 damage to an allied hero
Enemy Mortred deals 1200 damage to a creep
Enemy Layana deals 280 damage to a creep
Rio Grande's wielder deals 100 damage to enemy Lina => it directly removes 1100 hp from Lina because the highest damage since its last use is 1200
The value of "highest damage done by enemies" is reset to 1

Are you sure you want to name this item "Rio Grande"? because in spanish this sound so bad, you can name this item "Gran Rio" but also sound so, how to say, whit-out-so-much-power.
Edit: Also if is from Aegis's Roshan, I will like more the name "Tempestad" for this item, but whit the description of you item, this name don't make so much sense.

About the recipe: unusual and I really hate use "Aegis" how a recipe item.

About the ability: Blitzkrieg, the concept is good but is so OP, well... we are speaking about a Aegis-Recipe Item.

Sounds imbalanced...
Other than that, this is a very good item.

Wondering why you always create imbalanced items.

Well, I just want to intensify the fight for Roshan.

Is the name really that bad?

Yep. I came here just because of the name, lol.
That's an unusual recipe, but that's a nice fact, though.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could use droppable items for recipes like that?

Because there are some heroes that won't be benefitting from aegis at all.
The name is fine, but the item itself looks as an item for fun now. Times could change. lol

Wow, terrific idea! If used strategically it would surely be devastating to the enemy team. As has been stated before, you should change the recipe since Aegis or other dropable items make the item too complicated/rare to function properly.

In the other hand, coming with a new paradigm is always welcomed here. The only thing you must do is give a consistent explanation of why it should be implement worthy.

On a final note, I don't really have a problem with the name. It also reminds me a small city were one of my bests friends was born and raised here in Argentina.

Thumbs up on concept.

Cheers~

Oh, so there's another river named Rio Grande.

The reason I chose this name is that this suggestion was inspired by a nightmare. In that nightmare, I was swimming in a big river during a storm. However I tried to swim upwards, there was still a stronger wave to push me towards the bottom. So I had to abandon my flesh in order to get lighter.

Sounds fun, but pretty unfitting.
Imagine during teamfight, at first Balls of Steel mode because of the Weapon, then suddenly Roshan respawns!
