I personally can never stand any game that has a forfeit feature (when people use it). It really frustrates me that people give up like that. It's such an annoying situation, having to work against both the fact that your team is losing, and you have to fight your teammates into continuing to play the game rather than complain! :3
I'm totally against forfeit, people give up too early, and if you CAN forfeit but you don't want to forfeit and the rest of your team does, they will just afkfacebook ultil the match ends.
I won games in beta when my enemy teams had 15 kills advantage, or they had 2 hax and we nothing. People with late game team lose early game and just whine for the rest of the game.
If 1 players abandons a game all other players are free to leave.
Doesn't make sense, is the game lost or something then for the team with a leaver? Say one player leaves, followed by another, does the opposite team automatically win or must they first finish the 3 vs 5 game?
A judge who has grounds to recuse himself is expected to do so. If a judge does not know that grounds exist to recuse themselves (but does) the error is harmless. If a judge does not recuse themselves when they should have known to do so, they may be subject to sanctions, which vary by jurisdiction. Depending on the jurisdiction, if an appellate court finds a judgment to have been made when the judge in question should have been recused, it may set aside the judgment and return the case for retrial.
Actually if you need to forfeit then it means that you're unable to control your emotions. That means you're a bad player. If you want to be good, play without forfeit.
No, that's just plain arrogance. A good player can keep the morale of his team up so that the team don't want to forfeit. Forcing everyone to play and waste their time on a one sided anal rape is only enjoyable for masochists.
With conceding option we won't have stuff like this anymore: Link
I know it's comp play, but there are games, which go back and forth like that in public play as well.
ff-option is just a huge no for me.

I'm always for fighting to the bitter end but there comes a point where you know you've lost and there is no coming back. This feature has been around in HoN forever and it is far from abused. Not having a concede just makes games you know your going to lose just that much more painful to bear through. Its almost disgusting coming from more experienced players that they cannot admit when they know a game is lost.
