you would have to set launch options and do it manually with the -h and -w like the above poster said.
It won't make black bars, it will be in windowed mode I believe.

I believe you have to go to the settings for your graphics card or your Intel integrated graphics. There will be an option under resoultion that asks how you want full screen games to be handled. You can set it to stretch or native and maybe a few other options.

try adding -windowed -h 768 -w 1366 to launch options.

So how do i restart these settings? Removing "-windowed -h 768 -w 1366" doesn't work

If you removed the text from the launch options just go set your video options manually and it shouldn't change the next time you start the game. Or you can just change the settings directly in the launch options to what you do want.
