^That's why I almost never discuss balance and stuff with LoL players, after all what they know about balance is retarded LoL threads how "insert 'FotM'" is broken.

I won't lose my time either. People there just don't know what they are talking about, no one is actually discussing, it's just "I leave my bullshit here and leave" and anyway, that thread will soon be lost among the 31 000 pages of GD.
Seriously, lol's forums really are an imageboard, without pictures.

About Heca:
When you see enemy team 1.Activate speed buff 2.Run around for 2 seconds 3.Go "LoLOLOL i just fucked your team position and jumped to your AD in one shot" 4.Right-click AD for more than 500 dmg and send him in middle of fight. 5. Cast aoe dmg that heals you. 6.Enjoy +100AD from passive and like +200hp per sec while your team win fight, since you already took their AD.

Don't really know, I nearly never see him, I'd think he's actually not that good. His regen isn't that good, last only 4 sec and has a long cd. His escape mechanisms aren't that good either and he scales with both ad and ap, with average ratios. When I see him, he isn't a problem, except when fed, like any champion.

His q is 1:1 AD ratio, have 1.5 sec cd and its good with passive. His charge hits like truck, knockback, and gives you ridiculous AD for q. Ulty is like ultra flash, and it pretty much fuck up enemy AD. His problem is fact that he is boring to play, and passive + charge bonus ad goes away after ad meltin,so people cant go around killing things

His heal really not seems to be a problem, from actual experience. Then what if he jumps on the enemy AD? He'll be separated from his team, and if he built AD only, he'll be squishy and die fast. If he built some hp, he won't be able to finish the carry fast enough. Really, from what I've seen, he's not a problem.

0.6 it is. Anyway, you underestimate his passive.Even if he go tanky,he will get more than 100 ad from his passive. When he jump to your ad,your team will have one time to close in,whcih is insta advantage to you. Now,main point is that your charge will hit carry for like 500 dmg(w/o Triforce, with it it can go to 700),and push it into your team. Now,you get that 30% heal(which can heal you a LOT) and you will die much slower than their AD,given that you can go tanky and still have shitload of ad,and heal. Job of tanky dps is to close in with ad,and kill it.I just feel that Hecka is better than rest in this.

Quite pathetic that riot's official website isn't able to provide reliable information about their characters and the game mechanics.
On hecarim, well, from what I've seen, he never was a problem if not fed.

Another thing I noticed after playing Dota 2 is that a lot of Dota players insist LoL is easier than Dota, but from personal experience, I've been having an easier time winning in Dota 2 pubs for some reason. Maybe LoL has a more defined ranking system for pubs, but in LoL I get consistently matched up against players of my level while in Dota 2 it's almost always a stomp for one side. Maybe I'll get a good game once every 6-8 games, but for the most part it's stomp stomp stomp. |

Hey, is LoL really pay to win?
Exactly how much can I influence my chances of winning with money? |

Maybe like 2-10%, can't remember what runes does these LoL packs give, solid start iirc, but not much past that point, then again unless you buy boosts. And it's not really worth the money imo.

It is not pay to win as those f2p mmorpg, but it's more like pay to get some slight advantages. Someone paying will have more champions and/or more runes and/or rune pages than people who aren't paying. That mean optimal rune pages for more champions, more counter picks options, etc.

One has nothing to do with the other. Essentially you just don't understand it how you are supposed to. Schoolololol.
