Ooooh I totally forgot about this thread. I'll start taking a stab at heroes with "Boring" effects(dammage or cd reduction) before tackling heroes w/ no Aghanim's bonus. Some of them I have multiple but seperate suggestions for so they will be seperated under multiple suggessions.
Luna: Eclipse can no longer target creeps. (Travice) Luna: Eclipse grants Luna True sight for 10 seconds(to hit ww heroes/sa/etc.) (Travice) Luna: Lucent beam grants a corruption effect, each beam reduces armor by 3(stacking) (Travice) Yurnero: Steals life equal to 20% of the dammage dealt via Omnislash strikes. (Travice) Crystal Maiden: Freezing Field is no longer channeling. (Travice) Sand King: (in addition to current effect) Units in melee(100) range are stunned by the pulses. (Travice) Akasha: Scream of Pain now has a silencing effect, 3 seconds on units hit directly, 2 seconds for units off to the side.(Think of the same range as rexxars ult) (Travice) Leshrac: Pulse Nova deals 5% more dammage(stacking) with every pulse. (Travice) Reason: Although it may seem simple, it's not a flat dammage increase, this makes it not boring Venomancer: Poison dammage from Poison Nova becomes pure, stays non-lethal, and gains no dammage boost from aganims. Necrolyte: Reaper's Scythe also reduces healing taken by 50% for 5 seconds. This effects all healing, direct, passive regen, lifesteal. (Travice) |

- Lycan - Every move 1000/900/800 unit. Gain 25% evasion buff for 4 second. I think this is won't be imba coz lycan need travel a wide area to gain the buff. (xy4kuz4x).
- Razor - Every enemy takes 4 attacks from EotS, EotS will deals pure damage in next attack. Then the process will be refresh.

Sometimes I think if Aghanims should also upgrade normal skills of other heroes instead of just making powerful ults more imba.

- Bloodseeker - If Ruptured Target attack, deals 50% of IAS in Damage. (pro.ngga)
I Got this idea 'cause the Target is Ruptured, so it cannot move anything or it will hurt. IDK, What do you guys think? |

Hmm.... Akasha isn't a disabler. So I don't think we need silence on her skill
It was not now. It was changed. Lucent beam has mini stun but not for eclipse.

Panda: individual pandas cause effects on landing when split. Fire creates a fireball causing damage in the space it lands, earth slams the ground where it lands stunning nearby units for 1.5 secs, storm causes a 30% movement and attack speed slow for 3 secs (i'm going to interpret storm as cold here... if anyone knows something better let me know.
The areas are placed so that a unit in the exact center of the split will be hit by all 3 effects, while a unit standing between 2 of the splits will be hit by the corresponding 2. the ones on the edges will be hit by a single one. seeker: Rupture automatically triggers Thirst on ruptured unit irrespective of hp, lasts 1 sec more. Jakiro: macropyre flames are invisible... clinkz: gain consumed units max hp for 5 secs. |

*Fire blast: Deal 50% damage (without multicast effect) and 1.25 sec ministun to 325 AoE of target. *Liquid Fire: Deals 5/10/15/20 dps to all enemy (i call it 2nd target) around 325 AoE of primary target (i call it 1st target) for last 6 sec. And secondary target deal same effect to nearby enemy (3rd target) during duration. Stack 2 times between all target when they stand closer with each other (325 AoE). Third target won't spread fire no more. *Bloodlust: Increase 3% AS and 1% MS for each enemy killed. Stack 10 times. <sorry for long text>

Another one for Axe:
Aghanim's awakes the feral beast whithin Mogul Khan's soul, his enemies cower at his sight. Axe gains an Aura of Terror (same effect as Vengueful's Terror with tweaked numbers, but as a pasive aura) Synergy: Call -> even less damage recived when getting hit. Helix -> Armor reduction means more damage. Team benefit: with this, his team can benefit from his presence even after call ends. |
