Attention: Guide Writers!

-- Draft Guides forum rules --

When the guide is created, forum version of draft guide is created here too. To preserve quality of future guides, give creative people much needed space and comfortable atmosphere to refine their works of art, we have decided to implement few small rules to ensure that things are working smooth.

In addition to Global Forum rules, these specific rules apply here due to the nature of this section of the forums:

Each draft guide in his starting version should contain a minimum of 250 characters, or 100 words, whichever is better. If these simple conditions are not met within few days of it`s creation, they will be deleted on both forum and guide section pages.
As global rules apply, intentional spam or trolling in any way will not be tolerated. People who try to make decent guides in here expect your creative and helpful insight, and it`s your job to ensure it.

To help fill our guide database and earn recognition for great writing, the following is a list of heroes without one or multiple published guides. In addition to regular Spotlighting, both new and old high-quality guides about these heroes will also be considered for a Spotlight.

and a question, do existing guide that cover a hero that already covered get a very slim chance to get spotlighted?

Don't I get props for writing the first major Alch guide? I highly doubt anyone else wanted to cover him.

Uh, excuse me, Mr. Justin but, currently I was attempting to write a Leshrac guide. But when I submitted my draft guide at http://www.playdota.com/add/guide by pressing ok, it logged me out and redirected me at the main forum. ATM I saved it as a draft in my e-mail. Can you please help me?

Mini-guides would help as well? (skill, item, little strategy and not much pics). As I'm at home for only for the weekends which leaves me little time, I don't even have time to update my guide to 6.63

I guess maybe I could cover a few heroes like DoomBringer, Lcyan, Lich or Chaos Knight if I have the time.. I also can cover for Boney(Bone Flecther) but 173.GoodOldKuya has already taken it..

Feel free to write about whichever hero you like, don't let the choices of other users influence your decision, especially if you have a certain favourite or two.

We are getting Doom guide soon, prepared by n!ght. He already done the layout and everything, but it was never published that`s all.

I am sorry if I am bugging you all but isn't my Centaur Warchief Guide enough? If it's enough maybe we can remove Centaur from the hero list

your guide is somehow bugged. It doesn't exist and in the draft section it's unfinished..?
