Maximum Hero Level is a Gameplay Constant that can be set for an entire map (all heroes) in the World Editor. In the case of Defense of the Ancients, it is set to twenty-five (25), but the highest it can be set to is ten thousand (10000). The option to use custom Gameplay Constants is only available to those with the expansion of Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, which is Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.

He didn't ask that, nor do I think he care about that. He just wanted to know the level cap, and it was already answered, so your post is entirely useless. While mine on the other hand, points out the uselessness of your post in this thread, so it has a purpose in contribution.

There are no level function in dota 1.

In dota 2, there will be a new level function attached to your account.
