The Blind with ur ultimate is imbalanced, u can make nearly all of the enemies miss their attacks in combat. Tweak some numbers. A passive Ultimate for Ezalor? Im not sure but it's a good concept for me.

So lets see, channel illuminate for 1 sec then release and WALLA !! 3 seconds blind, mana leak the carry whose running to kill ur supports, another blind and give mana to ur carry or tank and here u go, another blind, use flash of light and guess what ? BLIND !! So basicly in a 30 sec team fight u will have atleast 2 - 3 of the enemy heroes INCLUDING the carry blinded for no less than 10 sec ? Sir you've just made kotl a team destroyer and I'm not ready for that so a huge t-down from me.

Fine, scale the blind on illuminate. Ez fix all aoe blinds are very small cept flash of light

The concept is fresh, however I don't agree with a few points:
-Illuminate being cast by a spirit all the time is imbalanced. As of now, the enemies' only early counter to illuminate is to look around and hide, but with this you can easily harass them unbeknownst to how the new illuminate always gets cast by the spirit, because Ezalor no longer needs to fog abuse himself. -I don't see why Flash of Light should damage opponents. Its purpose as a skill lies elsewhere. As for the whole blind thing, while it's a good overall concept, the way you use it might make things too overpowered. But I'm sure you can work around it.

I'm not sure about Chakra binding tho... It just seems contrived. I like the rest of the ideas though.
