Skill 1 : concept is good, however the -armor seems useless since the hero doesn't look like dps support oriented. I think another effect could be more interesting. To make it more simple, just make it an orb effect with same projectile.
Skill 2 : Instead of going red, I would suggest dealing 300ish fake damage. Concept is good Skill 3 : Lore too similar to skill 2, even if it is very synergetic. Ulti : nice concept as well Overall : Nice illusions, but as a support hero this guy lacks a disable. I think you should replace the 3rd skill by a skill creating a shadow forest, with half real tree and half fake tree which you can go throught but still block vision to enemies. Allies gain vision (like sprout) and see which trees are fake (they are 75% faded).

I dunno, I think disable would be kind of OP for this dude, I mean basically his main role is to destroy ganks and ruin teamfights by scaring enemies and scouting using concealment as well as early game harass with the first skill.
I feel like keeping the 3rd skill mostly to save friendlies from single target powerful nukes, but your disable concept seems cool too. Anyways thanks for suggestion and review, I'll think about it. |

nice concept but could be simplified and improved since there is little synergy.
t-up on concept. t-down to the rest. you could make red alert into something like: making the target ally invisible while creating a n illusion of it with a random(10%<x>3%) amount but low, reddened health. |

that would be cool if one of his abilities where 2 random effects.
the first effect being either Damages the target for X amount to 0 damage. Then the second effect either showing there health not changing from the nuke, a lot of health missing from the nuke, or them "healing" from the nuke, and the actual results not appearing until X seconds. But has a number appear over there head for allies to tell them how much damage the nuke did. |
