Overwhelming Odds vs. illusions

I'm wondering

Does OO actually do 1/2HP worth of damage BEFORE the damage multiplier of illusions? i.e. does 1000dam to 2000HP illusion of CK, which gets multiplied by 200% illusion damage multiplier hence insta-destroying them?

Or does it just remove 50% of illusions' HP?

It gets multiplied by the damage amplification thus insta destroying most illusions.
However, spell resistance still applies. So in your case, if the CK illusions have full hp, it won't kill them but leave them at 25% hp.
Also, its 50% of max hp.

the normal dmg is still dealt though, thus leaving them with even less hp.
