I know this sounds a bit pubby but those huge damages, an ally vlad would've worked well for Spectre imo... she wasn't even getting disabled too much.

No one cares about evasion EHP on Spectre, at least not primarily. And even though heart got nerfed it's still the best source for some straight forward HP gain. And the 2% regen is still pretty useful tbh.

This game really had me on the edge of my seat, DmZ was raping early, but i knew that fnatic (Aeon) was the better team, so i was wondering if they would pull through. Misery and loda owned face, god, HexoR is good but they are amazing.

Kwom was not bad, lol, he has a sick crix, he obviously didnt get too many kills with all the other heros doing more dps, though. The only questionable stuff was that he wasted his ulti/used his ulti on one hero a lot of the time, i think it was excessive, expecially when the hero dies after the first pulse, but if he wants them dead that badly, hes doing his job.

you use epicenter to take people down quickly in ganks, around lvl 6-10ish you wont be coming into contact with 5 at a time tbh.

best to take 1 down quick before others can TP in and save

Not for the gold invested. At some point you're going to balance it. Heart's lost its place and until STR heroes get something as equally beneficial at that tier of items, they're going to be marginalized unless they are spectacular and well rounded heroes (read Kunkka).
