New Phase shift

Hi guys I have two questions about this spell,but it also valid for dusa's split shot and other non mana consuming abilites .
1.Cause they both don't cost mana,what will happen when silencer cast curse on you? Could you end curse with this spell?
2. When you are silenced could you use this spells? And if you can't , why?

1. PS still cancels CotS. Split Shot doesn't.
2. No, because you are silenced.

Since the ability codes didn't change, the interaction with CotS didn't change.
Also, whether or not a spell cancels curse doesn't depend on the mana usage.

and what's odd is i still can right click it, only plays the sound though

It turns off autocast as soon as you turn it on. That also interrupts your orders due to a trigger ordering puck to turn it off.

This spider-singer will send his Bieber fans, nicknamed "The Swarm" by IceFrog, and go invisible while you try to kill him. Also, the dude almost comes back to health with his ultimate skill.
