Interesting idea actually. Could be devastating when used correctly ofc.
Might want to nerf duration though. 6.5 for such a versatile skill with two independent deadly global-range effects might be too good. But support on idea

2nd skill of this hero. It accelerates/decelerates by 40/60/80/100% day/night cycle using 4/6/8/10 mp/sec
Also passively grants you 40% movement speed during day or 40% attack speed during night (this can vary depending of the hero :P) I think i can come up with an awesome hero to fill the rest of the skills up ![]() I like it t-up.

Very interesting idea, but sounds like it's extremely hard to use. The cooldown can be lower. It's a very fair skill that effects both teams, so I think it's fair to be able to use this more often. Decelerate spell should still work with heroes with maxed out AS or MS (i'm sure you meant this, just didn't write it clearly)

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I meant it does not affect heroes such as storm spirit and barathrum whose spells are hard coded to be unable to be slowed... not sure how it would affect lycan/windrunner though... someone more into mech than me can tell me please?
Lowered the cd to 100/75/50... |

Uncodeable, as you can't calculate AS, so you can't double it or halve it.
Skill itself: It will have its uses, even though they are very limited. The only way to effectively utilize this skill will be to count on the limitations to give more bonuses to certain heroes while not being so great on others. This requires awesome timing and use of situations. Which makes this skill unworthy, even though its original. |

I am so confused. Doesn't Troll's ultimate increase the AS of every hero on the map by 100% at lvl 2? wouldn't that be the same as "doubling the AS"?
Also I admit that this skill has no real usages if each team plays perfectly: perfect reactions. I feel that doubling the speed of the game would in effect shorten the reaction time needed. Also things like towers and respawn time will not be affected therefore making the most use of the pushing time. Am I not correct there? If not then how can I improve the skill? |
