Especially as long as NoThlnG doesn't release the scores for CTH21 and CTH23 isn't out, I don't feel any urge to bother myself with judging this entries.

I rather study for my exams in 3 weeks...

Overall I'm pretty unimpressed with how sluggish the judging is.

Not pointing fingers or calling out names but the contestants shouldn't feel like they're been left out to hang dry.

If you start a contest as a host, you should atleast have the balls to finish it 'til the end.

You shouldn't wait for this contest at least.
I have not done much yet and I don't think it's different for the other judges (at least I heard nothing).

Tell me more about how lazy the judges are, rating 29 (!) different heroes.
And if you talk about NoThlnG, there are not much less contestants in his contest.

If you rather like a fast judging, I can just put some numbers into the Judging Rubric without any explanation.
That will make me able to release the scores within a week but you contestants get nothing from it.
