I'm trying to think about that since Static Field procs only when Zeus casts a spell and the second lightning is just a follow-up. Though it would great if it does proc the second lightning.

Sven - I really like it especially the Great Cleave when God's Strength is activated. T-UP

Centaur - Giving him an initial short range blink-like ability will make Hoof Stomp a better skill than Slardar's Crush. Great Fortitude remake makes him more carry. But I think the problem with Centaur is in his 3rd skill. BTW, T-UP.

Tauren Chieftain - T-UP he needs some buff and love. I think the damage should rescale from 80 to 60/80/100/120 because it's too good at level 1, IMO.

Treant Protector - T-NULL on both. I want more slow on early levels of Leech Seed and Overgrowth is not worth it to have so long cooldown.

Moon Rider - T-UP.

Netherdrake - T-NULL, he has numerous slow so increasing his movement is unneeded. Also Viper is a bit tanky because of his corrosive skin so T-NULL.

Phantom Assassin - Sure, T-UP. I really like this.

Silencer - T-NULL. I prefer someone's suggestion with Silencer.

Zeus - Haha. It's funny for someone who thought that they live but another lightning strikes him and BOOM. Dead. T-UP on both.

Jakiro - T-UP. But I want it to deal more damage at the beginning of the spell with a decreasing factor. Just like Static Storm but reverse.

Necrolyte - T-UP

Leshrac - T-UP. Why does he have so much starting Agi.

Shadow Priest - Why not? T-UP.

Skadi - T-UP.

Clarity Potion - This should be implemented. T-UP.

Refresh Orb - Nice suggestion. Soul Booster needs another item upgrade. T-UP

BTW, The cooldown-change on Overgrowth isn't even that far from the current. It's actually just a +5-seconds on the cooldown. (Just saying.)
