I think that this contest is dead because IMO, the challenge isn't interesting to people from the forum, and I think that should be changed. Also, is the host that decides if he wants to ressurect it or not.

Anyway I suggest changing the challenge, and then I'll remake my entry.

The challenge is intersting but I think that is better waiting the opinion of other people. I think that is really boring participating on a contest with such few contestants....

Also, no idea in mind yet to fit the challenge...

Because additional challenges are boring. You should add smth that will have a good synergy with the main challenge.

If the Holy Grail detects another enemy hero 2 seconds after the buff is activated,the buff is adjusted

how to make this contest more interesting
my idea is =
1).Create a item that can help or provide INT heroes to be real carry . Some hero like silencer have good potential to be carry but some current item in dota still cannot provide him when againt with AGI carries . This item also make possible some hero uncarry to be semi carry like lion
2).Create a item with channeling active
3).Create a item that can make support survive when in clash
4).Create a item that only range or melee heroes can buy it
5).Create a item with healthcost for active
6).Create a item that have passive bonus with depending their class (strength,agility,intelligence)

The main challenge is not bad.What I hate is the price limitation.If you can find a better BBO challenge I'd be delighted

It's not a price limitation it's an optional challenge. If your item fits this price, take it, if not don't bother cus it's just gonna make it worse.
