first skill quite op numberwise. also im not sure if it works well with your searing arrows. a delayed nuke is what synergizes least with this kind of abiliity. themewise i dont think exploding arrows fit clinkz.
just keeping death pact is inferior to his ganker role, since the skill is creep dependant. ultimate is again overpowered. 400 aoe damage + reincarnation + ms bonus every 14 seconds. overall your remake makes bone kinda broken. he would be no assasin anymore but some sort of pseudo-suicidal rambo dps. with a healing skill. especially searing arrows and deathpact could need some brainstorming |

No. Stop suggesting new reincarnates. Seriously. Short CD reincarnates are imbalanced beyond belief because of how long you can keep someone alive if you work as a team. You would essentially NEVER be able to kill bone clinkz without expending far to much effort for one hero. If clinkz gets a lothars with this remake. Again; Essentially unkillable. You have to have dusts and pray that you dont get raped as his team comes in to mop you up.

Wow, its like, the planet is tilted...
40% AS bonus doubles for each 20% missing hp of target unit. 40,60,80,120, death, stun, hp, ...
