[Scoreboard] some minor fixes

This is the 6.64 scoreboard:


It's quite pretty and very informative. However, it has a couple of errors we could fix to make it better.

1) Death timer OFF as default: Since we already can see the remaining seconds until we revive on the top of the scoreboard, there is no need to have the death timer, it only clutters the screen with redundant info. If people actually want it, simply type -don

2) Not hide the player's name with "Respawn": You want to talk to someone, but you can't remember who was which hero, but since they're dead, you can't tell. Simply remove "Respawn" and put the player's name back. We can already tell the hero is dead because we see the timer next to their name, and on the top of the scoreboard with their corresponding color.

Easy fix: "Respawn: 5" --> "DrKillJoy RS: 5"

Would that work out OK? I still think it's useful to have the respawn count there so you don't miss it.

I like the separate respawn timer, I don't generally leave my scoreboard open so it's still useful for me. prefer things as they are now.
Other part of suggestion is good, wondered why it wasn't as such in the first place

For 1st one, I prefer to see no respawn timer on the scoreboard...

@thoby123 and NoThlnG: Currently, we can see the respawn timer a total of 3 times. Isn't that a bit too much? :P Even if you have the scoreboard closed, you can see it at the top with a colored number.

Anyways I would prefer a separate panel for death timer, topbar of scoreboard is way too cluttered. Wouldn't mind the 6.63 topbar making a comeback, did its job and was easy to read.

T-d on your first, it's unnecessary to remove it. Doesn't take that much space, but I think only I think so.

Null for 1st suggestion, I personally would have it rather the other way round, that it is on by default, but you can remove it with something like -doff or w.e.

What scoreboard are you talking about? Because the respawn time is shown 3 times. And IMO, instead of white, we should be using the player colour.

T-up on point 2 It's rather annoying having 3 separate death timers...the two in the scoreboard are enough.
