For Lina this would be about 420 ms.

-when damage is taken, only 50 MS (equals no upgrade)
-in the direct fight there is no buff

If you'd take +55 ms; +15% and 8 sec (hero-damage only) it's a nice and pretty good idea

This is the right item for supporters! One example: Which boots should Crystal Maiden buy? These boots are the right choice! She can't farm much, but these boots solve all her problems. Boots of Travel? Too expensive! Power Treads? She doesn't need the attack speed! Phase Boots? She doesn't need the damage! There are other heroes like Lina who also profit from these boots very much. In general the boots really make the game faster as Black-_-Lotus already said.

I think the item is a bit too overpowered but stats can be changed.

Just sheer movespeed that is only good if you don't get whacked.

I just don't like the idea that it's faster than all the boots...but I guess it needs some kind of advantage...

From all the weird "T-up" responses it would almost seem as if you registered multiple accounts just to make this thread worthwhile.
On topic : The concept is great, the uses are obvious, helping a hero, ganking, so on.
The name is silly, Boots of Sonic, sounds as if you took Sonic the Hedgehog's boots!
If something then Sonic boots, but still I think it should have another name, maybe Hermes's sandals, it fits the theme of a movement speed enhancing item, and it does indicate a non-combat item!
So I think change the icon to sandals and the name to Hermes's sandals, there you go!

Cons:

- Good for low MS heroes. unbalanced for high MS heroes.

Ex: Luna, Magina, Naga Siren (370 with BoS, 445 without take damage) and Chaos Knight (375 with BoS, 450 without take damage).

They'll forestfarm all map in few seconds..

- Bad for chaser heroes 'cuz one hit and you become sloow like a *****.
- Fast games, little fun/competitiveness.
- Bad for someone who's trying to run.

Actually a bit OP, also they are not useful when evading a chase, and the core idea of bonus MS is allredy used in Phase boots. Let's dont invent a bicycle, and use old Phase Boots.

those are almost same as phaseboots but better concept imo! t-up

BUT! increase the base ms a bit and add a fix +ms instead of percentage. the recipe is 2 expesive imo. lower it (500g?)

Useless. I'd get phase boots over this anytime since 20 more ms + 10% phase +24 dmg for nearly the same price is so much better that it isn't even funny. Also give 700 gold for an item that gives u nothing in teamfights, jungle farming, creepwave farming and with a cd of 10 seconds

come on guys a maiden dont need that pluss dmg and 1200 gold is rly cheap for maiden and co.

with those high movespeed u can gank MUCH faster and better and u dont waste so much time for walking over the map.

well its an idea and we could make the recipe ~ 500 gold.

or remove dmg taken by creeps etc.

this idea isnt finaly.
