umm i think, its some waste of msi, i think is better some inside models
for example, to add a similar effect.

attach Bloodlust target to the feet (red ball)
and then Phoenix attack (one of yurnero Omnislash)

and, there! you have no msi. similar effect,
but the idea seems nice but MSI bad

uh i think Null this one,
PD: if you want i make a test mapfor you to see

About 2 - 6kb msi, stop talking crap. Afaik we have 3,5MB free MSI.

In a squished* version, it takes about 1kb after MPQ compression.
Unsquished, it takes 2kb after MPQ compression.

A well-compressed icon (strongly compressed without having a too strong quality loss) takes about 5-10kb after MPQ compression.
You call 1kb too much when we can import another 3500 of these.
Even more if we go to the same compression we had for the old loadscreen.

It is totally worth it in my opinion.

*squishing reduces the precision of some values. For example, if the color of something is defined by the value
{ 0.05098, 0.122549, 0.984314 }
it might be compressed to something more simple like
{ 0.05000, 0.122000, 0.984000 }
(both colors in B/G/R)
The difference is minimal, I used that squishing system on Bounty Hunter and I doubt that anyone can see the difference. So it should be fine for anyone.

Sad that the haste rune has been overlooked. While the red wave looks nice, perhaps we could look for something that isn't already present in dota?

Agreed. Haste DEFINITELY needs an indicator. How about use SK's Old Sand Storm(Passive) one? Anyone remembered that? That when SK moves, he kicks up dust of sands. I think it pretty makes sense as the Heroes moves so fast that he kicks up the dusts on the ground.
