[SOUND/TEXT] Upgrade Complete!

Currently although the Sent/Scourge creepspawns upgrade over time (every 7:30 mins) there is no prompt ingame to tell anyone of it. Knowing when your creeps get stronger is useful, as it facilitates pushing.

As such, my suggestion is to add a minor visual to this. Whenever creeps upgrade, a global text message should be made saying something along the vein of "Your creeps have become stronger".

In addition, a sound will play, different for each team!

Sentinel:
Research finished! or Upgrade finished!
Paths: Sounds/Internal/Sound/Buildings/NightElf/SentinelResearchComplete1.wav and Sounds/Internal/Sound/Buildings/NightElf/SentinelUpgradeComplete1.wav

Scourge:
Research complete! or Upgrade complete!
Paths: Sounds/Internal/Sound/Buildings/Undead/NecromancerResearchComplete1.wav and Sounds/Internal/Sound/Buildings/Undead/NecromancerUpgradeComplete1.wav

Unfortunately I couldn't upload the sounds cause this forum doesn't seem to accept any music file format for uploading. But feel free to look through the testmap here!

I see no harm from this, but perhaps we should not just directly copy paste the way HoN does things and have an original dota flavor?

They don't have audio. Anyways who's to say HoN wasn't doing the right thing?

For us, who like to listen to music while playing it would be incredibly easy to miss this without the text notification. Me likes.
