The second attachment is better. Your photoshopping is good enough. The quality of image is getting low. The current icon of Arc Lightning is like a green monster hand casting the lightning.

Maybe you should pput the second attached image as Arc Lightning and remain the 2nd of current skill icon.

Darken the hammer a little bit towards the end to give it a more realistic feel, it looks like a blob of light on the first glance.

Could be sharper, but really good IMO.
This would be great if it was on Zeus, but Lightning Bolt is ok IMO. This one looks strangely similar to Les' lightning.
