Frequent cases of obscene ignorance

DoTA 2 is apparently a game consisting of intellegent human beings, at least, to some extent, but all i may gaze upon in pubs are those who you call racists.
The case is, most lesser beings have yet not learned that every human is an individuality, and being born in country e.g. "N" does not impair any of your physical or mental skills in any way. A bunch of those connects to a matchmaking server, somehow finds out about me being Russian or even straightforward asks about it, as if it is important to them to know. After the short pause the ignorance is spouted out. Every last stereotype, every last motive and riddim of "us" and "them", binded to their weak minds by an overlord of some sort starts flying in the chat. Mostly the arguments consist of "imagin i connect 2 server and den only cyrillic and if i insult a russian he insults mai mom wat do pls" or "all russians are "X"". Any attempts to enlighten the lesser results in "r u finding smart words in googl" or "go drink vodka rusfag ;DDD". I am mostly insulted not by the ethnical part, albeit by their ignorance. Reporting does not work. I'd like somebody to explain me, is there a proper mechanism of not finding drones or parodies of humans like those in matchmaking? I do understand this is probably going to get a reply like "umad rusfag?" or "its the internet pls wat u want?" or even "pls talk like we all do or u sound liek condescending jerk", but i still do hope there are nice humans in PD.

you aren't going to change anyone with your post. at best you'll get confirmation of what you know; there are a couple of genuinely good people in any given group.

You don't need to ignore stupidity. You need to deal with it.

You can't just make a problem out of every sentence every human being used to hurt or insult somebody. Because you also did that.

Learn to be tolerant.

There is no cure for stupidity, but you can piss them off back, but do it cleverly.

If you talk back to them, you feed their stupidity, they think you're pissed off, they win.
If you don't, they think they shut your mouth with their insults, when you simply just ignore them, they win.

So ignore them, but still talk to other players, from experience, it's what pisses them off more. They don't make you shut up and they clearly see you just ignore them. When someone insults me, I do that, that makes them rage for a bit and then they quickly shut up once they realize they got excluded and that no one cares about them.

I would agree with you but the thing is most of this racism is based on actual fact and experience. The large majority of russian players cant or refuse to speak english and communicate with their team and play bad as a direct result. Ignoring this fact is being ignorant and lying to yourself.

Also as you said every human is an individuality. Some are superior and some are inferior. Inteligence is determined by genetics + growing environment and because the government of Russia supports an ignorant way of life and spills propaganda a large number of russians are relatively uneducated and unopen to other cultures wether by their own choice or influence from their parents.

I've met lots of inteligent and understanding russians both in and out of Dota2 and I judge first by individuality but if someone is easy to be distinguished from the rest by his writing and attitude then he deserves to get flamed.

Also raging teenagers like to use this theory as an excuse to meaningless racism and call everyone who they dont like russian and etc because thats just how their little brains work so basically you shouldnt hate the idea of generalisation but the stupid people who misuse it because they need an excuse to hate somebody.
