I find it too weak, then again 6 seconds truesight is too strong (i.e. it's a bane to invisible heroes but how many good heroes actually have invisibility
. Something different please.

But what good would extra sightrange do? Luna's attack range is tiny, and Lucent and Eclipse only have 700(ish) castrange. By herself, she's quite poor in chasing.
Truesight is fine, though it feels a bit tacked on. But I think the main effect needs some work. Perhaps try to stick to the spirit of the original Lunar Blessing; provide her and selected allies with some kinda benefit?

I vote remove true-sight, as it really isn't that much, who starys invis near you without attacking after all? 300 is nothing. Perhaps make it a stacking magic res reduction within 400, like 2/3/4/5% per spell, stacks 5 times, each beam of ultimate adds one stack?

Maybe weak the duration to as long as the actual beam animation lasts?
Then add some bonus effects like ^^ or anything.

Honestly I dont like this ability. It makes you need to cast your move constantly at night so you can build benefits, and if it isnt night this move is a wasted slot where as right now she gets a good damage boost wheneevr she wants it. This move makes her feel kind of weak and especailly useless during the day.

Since Luna's a pretty fragile hero, i feel that this ability would do great in preventing her from being ganked at night

Let it do something in the morning, preferrably a weaker version of the damage buff, then it'll be more viable. But personally, I'm kind of doubting this as it's a bit too similar to command aura (or maybe a bit stronger than it).

WAIT WHAT?! Moon ability? Like eclipse or Lucent Beam? She is a nightelf after all. I dislike this concept greatly, mainly because it have even less synergy then now. And also because as lune didn't have enough forced synergy, now you are bound to cast spells all the time? Big T-down, need a major change.
