I want secret shop to look like this

Sagarel The Pure

Leragas The Vile

(that's the best i can do at copying the area around the shop in the scourge and sentinel)

I also think that the secret shop model at sentinel side shouldn't be an acolyte, since he's an undead

maybe medivh model?

medivh's too imba to just be a merchant. (will look for a fitting model)

OK, i found a model. Since there won't be any chance of her being in dota, let's use her for the secret shop

Lierai The Pure(Counterpart of Leragas the Vile)

and her model is different from Sena the accessorizer

T-up. Although I think the secret shop shouldn't have any affiliation at all. Since it is a shop, it should cater for all don't you think? So maybe a neutral model for both shops would be better.

i have another idea, i was thinking of "Black Merchant" or something where there's a zeppelin in the air, and a gnoll is in the ground along with crates. So it looks like they stole the items from far away and stopped to sell it for the heroes in the war?

T-Up! But could you like change the model of the sentinel one? sentinel are "pure" and don't buy things from "vile" people.

+1 for the Medivh. He has too crappy animations to be a hero. I don't like the Elfen Villager.
