Venomous orb:

-Causes attacks to place a buff that slow the movement speed of the target by 20%, slow the attack speed of the target by 15% and damage the target by 15 damage per second.
-buff lasts 5 secs.
-buff placer.
-orb effect.
-Item become orb and buff placer only when activated.
-Activating has a 10 second cooldown.
-Has a 15% chance to cause the effect to the Hero wielder (There is a 15% chance on every attack to cause the wielder to recieve the venomous orb effect).


*-*The chance to makes the item to effect the caster is because its a strong item... a poison orb that can accidently hit the caster that is holding it... so the caster will recive the negative effect that is: -20% mov speed -15% attackspeed and will recive 15 damage per second for 5 seconds.

*****OFF: Working on iten Icon.

did you intend to put viper's poison attack into this item? i say rejected.

re-reviewed for second time. What is the point of off-ing it if it gives +20 all atributes, +20 damage, +20 attackspeed AND lvl 2 poison attack. i think this is kinda off!

next is that "Has a 15% chance to buff caster" which means? has chance to cause venom effect onto the wielder of this item?

lastly, please put a name for your effect... as all auras, orb effects, and even proc effects have name

It looks like you haven't put much thought into the buildup for this item, you've more or less taken random items and lumped them together. Bad recipe = fail item imo.

but you do not call it buff or debuff. it is just an effect. just say what the item skill does and that it has a chance to affect the owner as well.

This suggestion isn't necessary or original, this is basically a weaker eye of skadi and I don't like the fact that it has a 15% change to hurt the user.

Remove all these cause they are needless, nerf item if you think is needed for its cost.

I think you need to increase poison damage(18dmg?) and duration(8seconds?) and nerf rest numbers.
