Kris is one of the very few people I consider legit in PD. I don't think he plays much of Dota 2 (I could be wrong), but his grasp on the game mechanics is very strong.

I can't say that much about the rest. Especially, not the ones you listed.

then what would determine whether a dota player is better than the other or i should trust them?

wouldn't it be good if you have a certain set of "certified" dota players to give advice rather than a bunch of yajifags giving advice?

and how would a random guy prioritize which advice to listen to?

Search their name in the Recent Games section in Dota 2.

- High tier is the old Very High.
- Medium tier is the old High.
- Low tier are the old Medium and Low together.

Or simply look at how they play.

Ari~ is trash. He plays the same 4-5 heroes and can't stray from those lines because he'll end up feeding.

PDIH (when it was alive) had some good players. Mainly all oldfags that have died out.
