How do you deal with 'those people' in your games?

It's very annoying and frustrating.

If you cannot speak English properly, and have extremely flawed logic, please do not come into my games. Why? I'll tell you why. It's not that I don't like you or that I am racist, it's that you people screw up >80% of my games

For example:
I am first pick in Single Draft
I call mid solo huskar, I even ask if people are ok. No responses.

Last pick: He picks Invoker, and then says 'mid or i feed'

I let him have it. He doesn't call any SS. Bot gets killed 4 times; blames all bot.

His Russian buddies (3 of them) are all on his team.

This was a US West server.

Now, I don't understand why people like that just ruin games. From his mistake, started a downfall of my scores. He wouldn't communicate, and just spam the entire chat with
'NOOB HUSKAR XDXDXDXD'
'HUSKAR NOOB WOW NOOB'

Stupid stuff like that.

Now, I am asking, how do I deal with foreign people who don't know what the hell they're talking about, they're noob as well and they cannot play the game properly?!

How do you deal with them?

Ok LIsten to me bro. YES YOU ARE A RACIST cause you dont like russians in your game AND NO its not bad to be a racist with russians on DOTA 2 cause they ruin every game of mine and every game of regular people and I'll tell you somethin bro YOU CANT HANDLE RUSSIAN , is simple you cant cause they dont want to anderstand us. So the only think you can do is just relax wear your headphones listen some music (I prefer Skrillex) and when games end report them for spamming on monkey lang.

I've been having that issue in almost every single pub game I play, OP

Honestly, it's gotten to the point where I only play with friends now. If I can't make a premade - I don't play.

Not a perfect solution, but it works.

Just... ignore... it. If they don't want to play as a team then go to the forest or choose a lane that needs help or something! Just don't leave.
