ice vortex the same concept as natural order?
if yes, then the amplification is 85/75, 90/75, 95/75, 100/75 ?

if not, how does it interact with other spell dmg amplifications?

You got confused by the wording. It doesn't "remove base magic resistance", but simply amplifies magic damage by the stated amount.

It just uses a defend (item) based ability, which increases magic damage by 10%/15%/20%/25%.

Btw, at the moment all abilities that modify spell resistance work this way. This makes all of them stackable.
