I like Gust and Lux Verdé, they have good synergy together.
Mystical Infection is actually not bad, bot nothing new. Not sure about Vehement Fervor, reminds me a lot one of old Naix passives, it dont really helps you and +24 MS is too OP. Even razor has +12 MS and not 23. maybe kkep numbers the same, but change conditions or make it an active AOE skill... dont know, but it needs a remake or full replacement |

A small and fast skill review.
Mystical Infection: This skill has the same concept of Viper's Poison Attack. Difference: Small DPS, More duration. You should make other skill and raplace this one, you already has an passive attack. Gust and Mystical Infection will make a target unable to fight making you very unbalanced. Also, is that a auto-castable orb effect/buff placer skill? The icon is auto-cast but who know? There's no info about this. Vehement Fervor: Unbalanced skill IMO because it's MS/IAS passive self buff, it should be active skill buff in my view. Gust: This one seems realy cool and unique for me. Can piss enemies off making then cry :D Lux Verdé: I know you didn't finished this hero yet but this skill needs a dept explanation right now because it's hard to understand how it works. Which's the channeling time? Forever?

Skill 1 - like viper's poison attack. Nothing new to be review.
Skill 2 - 24% of 300 ms is 72. Nerf it. once again, just a plain skill and I think you must remake this skill. Skill 3 - i like this skill. Nice. Can you attack the enemy when they get cyclone? Ultimate - same concept with akasha, at least. Why it is a channeling spell? There is no channeling time. Overall - I think you need to explain your skill more specific. Use the template plz. And think about new concept of skill, don't use same concept anymore. Read the guide again.

1st skill - to me, seems like a nerfed poison attack. remake this, considered a copy of viper's either way. and viper's poison attack is 3 mana cheaper.
2nd skill - no comments. good for chasing. 3rd skill - interesting and ingenious passive. good for stopping runners. ulti - give channeling duration. (unless it is in the duration box). also, add how many damage an effect does and what type of damage it is. |

I suggest you to use dark kenshi's template fully. Since it helpful to newbie suggestor.
And i agree to remake the first skill (i was forgot to tell to you) . I think a skill that makes your enemy wanna escape from you. At least, that have a little synergy with the third skill.

I've successfully made some changes: I replaced Mystical Infection which many of you seemed to judge so hardly, ^^. Replaced it with Shards of a Broken Heart; cool name right? I hope you guys will like the concept. |

This template is good but you have to edit and add some info to skills and others. If you don't mind I have an example of this template with my edition.

Made various balance changes. And, thanks Yuuh, but I think I'd prefer this template. Maybe it's because I don't want to change templates all the time. xy4kuz4x also wanted me to use Dark Kenshi's template but I don't really have In-Depth Explanations for my skills. What more is there to add than what is already present? I have also grown to like this official template, so sorry but I have to turn you down with all due respect.

Anyone can earn experience here as you will. About review, I promissed a new one and I'll do. Shards of a Broken Heart: The skill has same concept as before, slow the target. It's better in a way, you've mixed some skills, and now it's an AoE Slow that can aid at gangs. The cooldown IMO should be a single one like: 20/20/20/20 instead of decrease by level. Vehement Fervor/Gust: No changes. Lux Verdé: Line damage, cool. How about make Xeres creates the Lux with an extreme wind speed dealing damage to the line that she travels or even Xeres becomes an Tornado with a green glow effect that harm enemies in a line and knocks them to the side? It would be nice to see an hero becoming an Tornado as Harpies are known as wind creatures. The improvements given by Aghanim's Scepter are balanced for an Agility hero.

Awesome! Thanks for this, and I'm definitely considering the Lux Verdé animation and effects, but I won't do anything too drastic though. And Vehement Fervor did change a little. I made it active so it's not so imbalanced. Thanks for the positive feedback, I'm really happy now.

My 2nd review
Hero Information (1/4) - template is okay. - stats is fine. But, makes the armor have real number and don't use point at armor. - theme and role are underused, i think and ganker theme is all right. Anyway, why all harpies in PD always a ganker? - story is nice enough - icon is N/A in my pc. Shards of a broken heart (2/3) - description has little error, but still clear to me. - a simple skill, it's like huskar's ulti. But still acceptable to me. - 35% slow for 8 sec is insane. Nerf it to 25 - 30% or 5 - 6 second. Vehemont Vervor (2/3) - description is clear enough to me. - no, you just combine clinkz's skills but without invisibility. As you said. Need more original concept. - 24% isn't a little number. Nerf it. And AS must higher, coz u r ganker. Gust (1/3) - description is very short and clear. - I think this is your only unique skill. Keep it up. - I think the chance must be increased a bit. Lux Verdé(2/2) - description is very unclear. Need more explanation about the mechanic. - i guess your skill is unique, but due to unclear description so i null for now. - 6 sec channeling isn't a short time. Nerf it. Synergy (3/3) - you have ms bonus from skill 2, so why do you need to slow enemy with skill 1? Or vice versa? - makes item synergy. - makes hero synergy. Overall (11/18) you got 11 issues to be fixed. Good luck, pm me when you made a changed.
