I don't have any difficulty using Meld but since your suggestion is noob-friendly and sensible, sure why not?

I think this is a really good suggestion. Not only for noobs but also for laggy games too.

Sure, i've already seen at least 5 topics complaining about Lanaya Meld Waste, but your idea is the only one i think that could actually work. Huge T-UP.

This may strengthen her sit and wait use of meld, but in battles speed will be hindered by the required extra button.
Overall I see it as a nerf rather than a buff because of that.

I beleive that the OP's suggestion is to add the extra 'Meld-Strike' button, but to also keep the ability to right-click to atack out of Meld. T-Up for Meld Strike, noob friendly and handy in the sit-and-wait usage of Meld.

Oh please, even kuroky failed his meld strike a few times.. If you dig through several replays. What makes you better than him? Ya maybe you can do a perfect meld strike but he can use any 80 hero to trash you.

Big T-up, this is really nice and solves a lot of problems, especially as there isn't an explicit visual for your range (which alters when you skill Psionic Blades).

Thanks for positive commentsAbout those saying it will be harder to use in fast-paced fights, the original functionality (Attacking for Meld-strike) will still be there. This is just a secondary, less risky option. I don't think it's a huge difference anyway. Current: Hit D, rightclick Suggested: Hit D, D, leftclick One extra key :\
