they are different.current is visible hero and suggested is hero which sends a missile from both visible and invisible.

You should add a more clear description about the invisibility and fog-of-war in the post.
Maybe, "Rockets will target heroes who are invisible and/or in fog-of-war" or something, so that people who just take a glimpse will actually see the change you made. This sounds fun, don't know about imbaness though. |

Looks fun. Not going to argue about the Heat-Seeking portion being scientifically correct since zombies, trees, stone giants, alien hydralisks, cold-blooded fish-men, shadow elementals and ghosts may not actually generate heat. Actually since I did mention that up there... I'll have to suggest renaming it to "HOMING Missile" while you're at it. If balance is still a factor, think about increasing the mana-cost as well. |

tinker runs fast enough to be able to use the skill so he doesn't need to hit enemies on the fog
If you want to hit an invi hero carry some dust/wards t-down. |

This seem to be realy balanced since You reduced the AoE and damage.
Now it can finish Rikimaru/Gondar or whatever else running out with low HP's. Half T-up because I'm not sure is it that needed.

Well, it already hits heroes in fog, if youd only suggest that it should hit invis hero, then Id TUp, but I dont like the 2 targets. I think the current one with only 1 target at all levels is better.

I'd rather say that Tinker gets an error message if no enemy is in range.

remember that a heat seeking missile is a HEAT SEEKING MISSILE!!! (heat seeking), it searches for a high temperature by itself, so it doent matter if you cant see them, so t-up.
for those that oppose, look for a name remake |

The only thing that bothers me is that this thingy can be highly spammable with Tinker... now you need to see the heros you want to hit to prevent abuses with ultimate.
