No idea what you wanted to achieve with this, but instead of an interesting scenery the image now features distracting lines and an incredibly ugly "edited by" tag at the bottom.
The lines aren't subtle enough and don't even highlight anything. They seem to be randomly spread across the image without having any purpose. |

maybe rework the lines into a somewhat rain theme.
I kinda liked the mountain on the background though it's good you got rid of the WoW sign. |

I rlly LIKE that lines. It remembers me like the old films or documentals, that made 3,2,1... and the images had that lines, that made them look with a lowest quality, but smarter too.
It's hard to explain in english, but to conclude, i think you made a good job xD

you could have left with the darkening of the background, the lines seem to be distracting(just like what everybody said), and maybe you can also darken the right side?so that drow will be the main focus of the image.

Filter>Add Noise>Motion Blur>Left click Normal>Overlay>Screw around with opacity.
I am so skilled. EDIT:I forgot, Right click, Blending options>Outer glow Not extremely difficult. |
