Terrorblade's Introduction:

The Soul Keeper has one of the most feared growth potentials of all. While initially weak, if left unchecked he can come back to slaughter his enemies with ease. His ability to Soul Steal allows him to slowly siphon life from one target to himself. To aid in his physical prowess, Terrorblade can Metamorphosis into the powerful demon hunter, gaining a ranged attack and additional life. He can also Conjure Images to deceive or simply unleash them upon his enemies. Some have questioned his mortality, as he can Sunder to swap his current health with that of someone robust and lively, essentially escaping death, and sending someone close to their own.

His Story:

Terrorblade is the twin brother of the Anti-Mage. Both of Night Elf descent, Terrorblade was drawn in by the powers of the Undead, plunging deeper into the abyss of no return, growing large, gargoyle-like wings to symbolize his breaking from the Night Elf world. Having mastered the art of image-creation and soul manipulation, he has the ability to transform into a fearsome and terrifying demonic form, obtaining the powers to hurl energy at his opponents. Large moonblades slashing, he is one to fear on the battlefield.

First, let me give you the advantages and disadvantages of using Terrorblade

Hero's Pros

+ Very High Agility (Both Starting and gain)
+ Very high attack speed (Thanks to Zeal)
+ Can be both Melee and Ranged Hero
+ High starting Armor
+ Unique Ultimate

Hero's Cons

+ Melee
+ Item Dependent
+ First to be killed in Team fights (They hate his Ultimate)

When To Use Terrorblade:
-When your Allies have Stun or Slow (both if possible)
-You feel energetic (playing this hero is tiring).
-Your teammates are pro
-You played DoTA for quite a time already (This Hero is not for NEWBS).

Don't pick him if:
-Your allies have no stun or slow
-You feel weak and lazy
-Your teammates are so stupid you have to play for them
-You are a newbie
-You are not used to an aggressive style of gaming

Your Chasing and Pushing skill. The slow is weak at first but as you level it your enemies will start to feel it. Another great use for this is for harassing (65% Damage at max) and they can't do anything about it!(Illusions are Invulnerable).

Zeal

Skill Description: Increases your attack speed and HP regeneration.

Level 1 +20 IAS, +2 HP regeneration
Level 2 +30 IAS, +3 HP regeneration
Level 3 +40 IAS, +4 HP regeneration
Level 4 +50 IAS, +5 HP regeneration

My favorite skill! It makes your attack speed fly and it protects you from too much harassing(Free Ring of Health). Plus, It affects Illusions too!

Your Second Ultimate! It works great with Zeal and you can use it when you are having a hard time last hitting in your lane. The Damage Boost is also very useful for killing fragile heroes.

Sunder

Skill Description: Sunder severs the soul from both Terrorblade and a target hero, then exchanges them, carrying part of the units' life forces. The percentage hit points of each unit are switched with the souls. Some hit points must remain.

Level 1

Cooldown 160 Seconds

Your Survival skill! It is the main reason players hate Terrorblade as their Opponent. It swaps your HP with the enemy or with your ally, WARNING: It will piss off your allies real bad.

For the First Build the reason Zeal came first is because we need it for Regeneration against heroes who doesn't really like us last hitting their creeps. Metamorphosis is the last skill to be learned because the Mana Consumption and Cooldown for this skill is not worth spending to clear out some wave of creeps.

Now for this build we still need Zeal first because Metamorphosis without enough attack speed is just useless. But remember to max metamorphosis first because as time passes by a simple 35 extra damage won't be enough to kill some heroes.

ITEM BUILD

STARTING EQUIPMENT
+

This is the Perfect item for Terror because it doesn't need much space so you can keep buying items without selling anything.

As you gain more gold from last hitting get:
+

After that, Buy:
+

Now, some of you might be thinking: "Wow, This guy is a noob! He's giving Terror Basher and MoM"
Trust me, with Zeal this can be a GREAT combination. This will piss off those cowardly runner and invi heroes, (Lanaya, Rikimaru, Mirana, Magina, Clinkz and more).

After These you can buy these items in any order you want.

I Suggest these items if you want to be the carry of your team but if this is not your type of gaming you can go for these:

This item will be useful if you want to try the Sunder+Dagon combo. But That combo is Risky without Lothar's So better buy that one first. NOTE: Sell this later on, It's going to be useless.

This one will be useful too if you want a slow instead of a Stun. It offers HP, AS and MS too.

Want to clear out creeps fast? go for this.

This is a good substitute for basher because this will work both with melee and ranged. It is also effective against evade abilities (Butterfly, Mortred's Blur, Panda's Drunken Brawler).

This can be a nice item against INT skiller heroes because this makes you magic immune. The HP boost is not bad too.

This will be useful if your enemies' damage is high and you don't feel like getting PWNED by them.

This is for the Pusher/farmer types. The Cleave is useful and the Damage is ok so this is not such a bad choice.

This is not a bad choice, the Illusions are useful and the extra stats are OK. Buy this if you feel like it.

You can buy this instead of Heart if you want. The DMG is OK and the lifesteal is big. Just don't forget to use it.

REJECTED ITEMS

What?? So what if it purges? So what if it burns Mana? Seriously, 20 mana won't do anything.

Double Sunder? So what? This is a waste of Mana, Money and Space.

No.

EARLY GAME 1-6
If you want FB, tell your teammate to Stun/Slow your enemy when you reach LVL2 or LVL3 (Use Meta. The Damage Boost is BIG). If your teammate has no Stun/Slow, Try to ambush your enemy by yourself. (Don't do this if he is not alone, It may backfire on you.). Don't forget to Last hit the creeps. Deny only when possible. Oh BTW, Don't be a Hero, If you don't want your lane (Harass, Ranged heroes, Noob Ally) Ask your teammates for a lane switch. If rejected, go jungle.

MID GAME 7-15
This is the start of your feeding. If your early game went the way you want and you already have MoM and Basher, Start hunting your Opponents and Push. MID GAME is also very important because this is the time you complete your items. (Yes, This goes well you can complete all the items needed for Terror as early as now!)

LATE GAME 16-25
This is your feeding time! Kill them all! Don't forget to use Meta in Teamfights. But don't use Meta if you are hunting alone especially if you went for Basher. Kill Roshan as soon as you get the chance.

ALLIES

These Heroes can stun for a good long time, long enough to score a kill. Just don't KS them because being KSed is not such a good experience. NOTE: Don't forget instruct them what to do, Don't make them read your mind.

FOES

These Heroes can receive huge damages and they won't even care! You'll just end up wasting Mana and Effort.

These Heroes can easily run away from you and some can stun you long enough for them to escape.

SPECIAL FOE

This can stop your Sunder with his Ultimate! Make him quit!

SOME EXTRA TIPS
-Use Meta when hunting on Early game
-Use Mask of Madness when hunting
-Don't use Meta for Pushing
-Don't Harass with Reflection
-Farm if possible
-Buy items as soon as you get enough gold, You can never be safe
-Hunt Roshan as soon as you get the chance.
-Don't hunt Groups alone
-Don't use Sunder when your HP has 1/4 in it left. They'll just disable you and you will just die.
-You don't have to follow every single tip in this guide, This is just made to help you and success is not assured.
-You can comment but please no Criticizing, This is my first guide
