Tide is a sweet ass hero with mass disables and a kick ass slow that reduces armour.

In my opinion you should take advantage of his DPS abilities rather than being a caster at the sideline (his CD is a bit high to be a caster anyway)

Skills:

Gush


Your main slow. Ok damage, make sure you get some hits in while their armour is lowered. Max this first.

Kraken shell


Nice, but I advise taking anchor smash first. You are DPS after all.

Anchor smash


A kick ass move. 20% chance for 200 damage, nice. Max this after gush.

Ravage


Your signature move. A mass AOE stun with decent damage. Make sure you do it with multiple enemies around and when your team is near. Game breaking.

Strategy:
You are a dps/tank/disabler, so you should tell your team to come with you on team ganks. Blink in, activate MoM and Armlet, and start hammering them. When they all start to run Ravage, and then gush the last one who is getting away. For epic lulz, buy refresher.

Early:
Make sure you don't get stunned, as you are likely to get focus. Get your last hits, and harass. Don't gush for no reason, try and harass and when they are about half HP run up and hit, gush, hit, hit, hit DEAD.

Mid:
You should now have ravage, organise to gank people. Flank someone, run in and gush, hit, hit, ravage, hit, hit, DEAD

Late:
Unless you farmed all the items, you might not be that effective. Be very careful of being ganked. Your role now is support. Organise team ganks and make sure you mass disable. At this point in the game you shouldn't waste ravage on solo heroes because of the high cooldown. Just make sure you use it when you a ganking >1 or >2 heroes.

And voila, you should win the game.
