Well Here's my guide to:

Goblin engineering was always innovative, but Boush brought it to such extreme that most refuse to believe that his powers lie in machine and rather think that he fights with magic. He can shoot focused light and homing projectiles as powerful and as flashy as most destructive Elven Arcane spells. It is said that not even the best Necromancers can raise armies comparable to seemingly endless amount of clockwork goblins that Boush can easily summon. And while some refuse to believe in his machinery skills and other call him the master artist of engineering, none can deny the destructive force of this goblin.
1) Has an above average movement speed(305)
2) Has good range to harass(500)
3) Has a good int and int gain(27+2.2)
4) Has good nukes and 1 of them deals pure damage
5) Has a good farming mechanism
6) Has an incredible ultimate.
7) Is related to goblin techies
1) Has mediocre strength and strength gain (17+2)
2) Does not have any proper escape mechanisms.
3) No stuns or slows
4) Has a long nose.
Laser [E]
Note: The damage dealt is pure, i.e it doesn't get affected by a hood or a pipe or any thing like that.
Heat Seeking Missiles [T]
Note: This skill at level 3 and 4 can hit two HEROES. It cannot hit any other units. Its huge range enables its use even if the opponent is in the fog of war, though it does not give you vision like Clockwork's missile.
March Of The Machines [C]
Note: This is an excellent farming skill and enables you to farm like crazy. It deals magical damage but also affects magical immune targets like meat wagons and glaive throwers.
Rearm [R] (Ultimate)
Note: This is an amazing ultimate and completely synergies with your skills. You have 3 active skills other than your ultimate and so when so you use this all 3 of them get refreshed and a bonus to this is that even items like dagon,BoT,Guinsoo or Shiva's in your inventory also get refreshed.
There's basically only 1 skill build which can be altered only in 1 way, so here's the build
Level 1- Laser
Level 2- Heat Seeking Missile
Level 3- Laser/Heat Seeking Missile
Level 4- Laser/Heat Seeking Missile (The opposite of 3 duh!)
Level 5- Laser/Heat Seeking Missile (The opposite of 4 and whatever you want to max out)
Level 6- Rearm
Level 7- Laser/Heat Seeking Missile (whichever you want to max out first)
Level 8&9- Laser/Heat Seeking Missile (whichever you didn't max out)
Level 10- March Of The Machines
Level 11- Rearm
Level 12- March Of The Machines
Level 13- March Of The Machines
Level 14- March Of The Machines
Level 15- Stats
Level 16- Rearm
Level 17to25- Stats
Skill Build Justification
Item Build
These are gotten if you are heading mid solo.

If not which I wouldn't advise get these,
OR
Optional:
This should be all you need. In mid lane with a bottle you can rune whore nicely thus having almost infinite mana if you rune whore properly. In lane however your first objective is to get 600 bucks and get a bottle buy a chicken if needed to bring that bottle to you.
Your first aim in the game:

This might sound stupid but BoT is the item you rush after you either get your bottle. With this you can Teleport to all lanes in the map spam your march of the machines and use rearm machines the next wave and then Teleport back to base for mana, in this way you'll be farming with ease and should get a good farm in no time. With BoT you can also teleport into ganks and shoot a laser and heat seeking missile and snatch some kills.
Your Main Item Layout
OR

Bottle and BoT have gotten a mention before. Bracers are gotten if you are having survival problems nulls if none such problems occur. Shiva's is gotten after BoT since it helps you in pushing and farming since you have double arctic blast with rearm. It also gives you good int gain and some armor. Guinsoo is gotten since you basically have a double hex, this can disable any deadly opponent hero for a longer time like mortred or void.
Optional Items

B.K.B ensures that no one interrupts your rearm and also protects you from other spell casters. Dagon is great item on him owing to the fact double dagon sounds scary but its not a very team supporting item and frankly speaking can be gotten in pubs for all out fun. Orchid is a no-brainier, double silence and double amplification is really sweet. It also gives you increased attack speed. Blood-stone can really help with your mana and H.P. regeneration if you collect charges.
Items To Avoid
Aghanim's Scepter does not improve your ultimate by any means so its pointless. If you think refresher's is a good item to refresh your inventory and skills just like a "second" rearm please go suicide.
If you're going mid solo then with a bottle you should start your harassing from the very start. Hit your opponent a couple of times with your normal attacks and if he's some squishy hero like nevermore or PotM use a laser. Continue this until their h.p is so low that a rocket+laser combo can finish them. Calculative approaches will ensure that this is possible.Farm and kill, take part in ganks and get ready to make your BoT.
Now you focus on your BoT and other items. Teleport into lanes and use march of the machines get all the last hits in lane(shouldn't be too hard with machines) do the same for then next wave, teleport back to base refill your mana, rearm yourself for your BoT's cooldown and continue this. In no time you'll have a good farm. If any ganks are happening you can assist there and snag a few easy kills.
Now you should have some insane items. Go around using march of machines and push like crazy with Shiva's. Stick with your team if needed and disable any opponent hero spam your nukes, rearm and disable some-one else spam your nukes Teleport back to base if needed rearm at base and teleport back to allies side and do the same again. In this way you should have no problem whatsoever in winning.
Good Allies:
Tinker really needs no allies but a few heroes like ezalor, earth shaker etc. can be very useful.
Bad Enemies:
Mana burners like Ezalor,Anti-mage serve a threat to you. Silencers like drow, krobelus and Silencer are a dangerous threat. Watch out for these guys.
