Spawn Spiderlings
Spawn Spiderlings is a nuke, and is what makes Broodmother a pusher. If the unit is killed 0.9 seconds after getting hit by this spell. spiderlings will spawn from the unit (1/2/3/4 based on the level).
Spiderlings themselves have a similar ability to Spawn Spiderlings, This skill is an orb effect that slows, and if the unit dies with 0.9 seconds of a spiderling attacking it, it will spawn spiderites, a weaker version of the spiderling (who cannot spawn any spiders).

Spin Web
Spin Web has a lot of uses, a chasing tool, an escape mechanism, and a free ring of regeneration. The web is indestructible, and provides 150 vision day and night (which isn't a lot). The web gives Broodmother invisibility, an MS boost, and free regeneration (2/4/6/8 HP per second based on level), The only bad side is the limit of webs allowed, and a bit of a high cool down on early levels.

Justification
Spin Web is taken at level 1 to give regen, and to avoid being first-blooded. We then prioritize on maxing out Spawn Spiderlings. At level 3, most of the time would usually be Spawn Spiderlings, but you might want to level Spin Web if being harassed and need more regen to stay in lane. Continue maxing out Spawn Spiderlings, Take Insatiable Hunger at 6, This gives you a insane amount of damage and lifesteal.
